Contact 6E Club: Corrections, Questions and Scam Reports
Checked · 6E Club Wingo guide

Contact 6E Club here if a guide got something wrong, the practice room is acting strangely, or you have found a fake page, app or phone number using the name. Before writing, please read the short notes below: they explain which channels exist, which do not, and what details help us act on your message.
How to Reach This Site
6e-club.com is a written guide plus a browser-based practice room, so there is no call centre behind it. There is no helpline, no WhatsApp chat and no Telegram group run by us, and we never make outgoing calls to players. Any number that claims to be 6E Club support is not ours.
Email is the one way to write to us: contact@6e-club.com. Replies come only from that address, usually within a few working days.
Nobody from this site will ask you for a password, OTP, UPI PIN, bank detail or money, in any message. Your practice account lives only in your own browser, so we cannot see it, unlock it or recover it for you.
Details That Help Us Reply
A complete first message gets a faster reply. Add whichever items below fit your reason for writing.
| Reason for writing | Please include |
|---|---|
| A correction to a guide | The page address, the sentence that looks wrong, and what you saw in the room instead |
| A problem in the practice room | Phone model, browser and version, which room (30s, 1, 3 or 5 min), and what happened step by step |
| A fake page or app | The link or app title, the place you saw it, plus a screenshot |
| A scam call or message | The number or account name, the date, and a screenshot of the chat (hide your own OTPs and PINs) |
Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents. We do not need them, and email is not a safe place for them.
Where to Report Fraud in India
We can warn other readers about a fake page, but we cannot freeze money or trace a caller. If you have paid someone or shared bank details, report it to the authorities first, and quickly:
- Dial 1930, the national cyber fraud line, right away. Reports made within the first few hours give the best chance of stopping the transfer.
- Lodge a full complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, attaching screenshots and transaction IDs.
- Flag a dodgy call, SMS or WhatsApp message with the Chakshu tool on Sanchar Saathi.
- Tell your bank or UPI app right away so it can block further debits.
Taking payments for colour rounds has been illegal in India from 1 May 2026, so anyone doing it is breaking the law. Our explainer on payout and recharge scams shows the scripts these groups follow.
Fix It Yourself First
Most practice room problems have a simple cause, such as a new phone, a cleared browser or an incognito tab. The self-help page for sign-in, coin and timer issues covers the common ones in a few steps. Quick answers on rooms, coins and accounts are collected in our question-and-answer hub, and you can always return to the main 6E Club page to start over.
Stay Safe While You Ask for Help
Scammers watch comment sections for people asking for help, then reply with a “support number”. Never call a number you found in a comment, and never install a screen-sharing app because someone asked you to.
The practice room is for adults 18+ and uses coins with no cash value. If losing track of time is the real problem, free and confidential support is a phone call away.
18+ only. Practice-room coins are a learning score with zero rupee value, so no one can buy, trade or redeem them, and your phone draws each digit at random. India's 2025 online gaming law, in force since 1 May 2026, outlaws every online money game. Read our free support lines with stop-time ideas and free help lines.
